Hadith of Abu Umamah al-Bahili, Suddiyy ibn ‘Ajlan ibn ‘Amr, and it is said: Ibn Wahb al-Bahili, from the Prophet (SAW)
حديث أبي أمامة الباهلي الصدي بن عجلان بن عمرو ويقال: ابن وهب الباهلي، (1) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 962:123
Abu al-Nadr narrated to us, Faraj ibn Fudalah narrated to us, Luqman ibn Amir narrated to us, from Abu Umamah, who said: I performed Hajj with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, during the Farewell Pilgrimage. He praised Allah and extolled Him, then said: "Beware, perhaps you will not see me after this year of yours. Beware, perhaps you will not see me after this year of yours. Beware, perhaps you will not see me after this year of yours." A tall man stood up, as if he were one of the men of Shanu'ah, and said: "O Prophet of Allah, what should we do?" He said: "Worship your Lord, perform your five [prayers], fast your month, perform Hajj to your House, and pay the Zakat of your wealth with a willing soul, and you will enter the Paradise of your Lord."
حدثنا أبو النضر، حدثنا فرج بن فضالة، حدثنا لقمان بن عامر، عن أبي أمامة قال: حججت مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم حجة الوداع، فحمد الله وأثنى عليه، ثم قال: " ألا لعلكم لا تروني بعد عامكم هذا، ألا لعلكم لا تروني بعد عامكم هذا، ألا لعلكم لا تروني بعد عامكم هذا ". فقام رجل طويل كأنه من رجال شنوءة فقال: يا نبي الله، فما الذي نفعل؟ فقال: " اعبدوا ربكم وصلوا خمسكم، وصوموا شهركم، وحجوا بيتكم، وأدوا زكاتكم طيبة بها أنفسكم تدخلوا جنة ربكم "
