Musnad Ahmad 962:124

Abu al-Nadr narrated to us, al-Faraj narrated to us, Luqman ibn Amir narrated to us, he said: I heard Abu Umamah say: I said, "O Prophet of Allah, what was the beginning of your affair?" He said: "The supplication of my father Ibrahim, and the glad tidings of Isa. And my mother saw that a light emerged from her, by which the palaces of Ash-Sham were illuminated."
