Musnad Ahmad 962:163

Abu al-Yaman narrated to us, Isma'il ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Abi Malik, from Luqman ibn 'Amir, from Abu Umamah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that he said: "There is no man who is in charge of the affairs of ten people or more, but he will come to Allah on the Day of Resurrection shackled, his hand to his neck. His righteousness will release him, or his sin will ruin him. Its beginning is blame, its middle is regret, and its end is disgrace on the Day of Resurrection."
