Musnad Ahmad 962:45

Ibn Numayr narrated to us, Mis'ar narrated to us, from Abu al-'Anbas, from Abu al-'Adbas, from Abu Marzuq, from Abu Ghalib, from Abu Umamah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came out to us while he was leaning on a staff, so we stood up for him. He said: "Do not stand as the non-Arabs stand, [where] some of them exalt others." He said: It was as if we desired that he supplicate to Allah for us, so he said: "O Allah, forgive us, have mercy upon us, be pleased with us, accept from us, admit us into Paradise, save us from the Fire, and rectify for us all of our affairs." It was as if we desired that he add more for us, so he said: "I have gathered the [entire] matter for you."
