Hadith of Abu Umamah al-Bahili, Suddiyy ibn ‘Ajlan ibn ‘Amr, and it is said: Ibn Wahb al-Bahili, from the Prophet (SAW)
حديث أبي أمامة الباهلي الصدي بن عجلان بن عمرو ويقال: ابن وهب الباهلي، (1) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 962:74
Waki’ narrated to us, al-A’mash narrated to us, from Shamir ibn ‘Atiyyah, from Shahr ibn Hawshab, from Abu Umamah, regarding {“a nafilah (additional prayer) for you”} [Al-Isra: 79], he said: “The nafilah was exclusively for the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.”
حدثنا وكيع، حدثنا الأعمش، عن شمر بن عطية، عن شهر بن حوشب، عن أبي أمامة، " {نافلة لك} [الإسراء: 79] قال: إنما كانت النافلة خاصة لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم "
