Musnad Ahmad 962:77

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, Hisham informed us, from Yahya, from Abu Sallam, that he heard Abu Umamah saying: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Recite the Quran, for it will come as an intercessor for its companions on the Day of Resurrection. Recite the two radiant ones: Al-Baqarah and Al-Imran, for they will come on the Day of Resurrection as if they are two clouds, or two shades, or as if they are two flocks of birds in ranks, pleading for their companion. And recite Surah Al-Baqarah, for taking it is a blessing, leaving it is a regret, and the sorcerers (al-batala) cannot withstand it." Abdullah said: Yazid ibn Harun dictated this hadith in Wasit.
