Hadith of Abu Umamah al-Bahili, Suddiyy ibn ‘Ajlan ibn ‘Amr, and it is said: Ibn Wahb al-Bahili, from the Prophet (SAW)

حديث أبي أمامة الباهلي الصدي بن عجلان بن عمرو ويقال: ابن وهب الباهلي، (1) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

Hadith 962:9

'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from al-Jurayri, from Abu al-Mashsha'—and he is Laqit ibn al-Mashsha'—from Abu Umamah, who said: The Hour will not be established until the best of the people of Iraq move to al-Sham, and the worst of the people of al-Sham move to Iraq. And the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "You must go to al-Sham." Abu 'Abd al-Rahman said: Abu al-Mashsha' is called Laqit, and they say Ibn al-Mashsha', and Abu al-Mashsha'.

حدثنا عبد الصمد، حدثنا حماد، عن الجريري، عن أبي المشاء وهو لقيط بن المشاء، عن أبي أمامة قال: لا تقوم الساعة حتى يتحول خيار أهل العراق إلى الشام، ويتحول شرار أهل الشام إلى العراق وقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " عليكم بالشام " قال أبو عبد الرحمن: أبو المشاء يقال له: لقيط، ويقولون ابن المشاء، وأبو المشاء
