Musnad Ahmad 1014:8

Abu 'Asim narrated to us, 'Uzrah ibn Thabit narrated to us, 'Ilba' ibn Ahmar al-Yashkuri narrated to us, Abu Zayd al-Ansari narrated to us, he said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) led us in the morning prayer, then he ascended the pulpit and addressed us until the time for the noon prayer arrived. Then he descended and prayed the noon prayer. Then he ascended the pulpit and addressed us until the time for the afternoon prayer arrived. Then he descended and prayed the afternoon prayer. Then he ascended the pulpit and addressed us until the sun set. He informed us of what had been and what is to be. So the most retentive of us in memory was the most knowledgeable among us."
