Musnad Ahmad 774:21

Husayn narrated to us, Jarir narrated to us, from Muhammad, from Abu Ubaydah ibn Hudhayfah, that a man said: I said: I am asking about the hadith of Adi ibn Hatim while I am in the outskirts of Kufa, so should I not be the one who hears it from him? So I came to him and said: Do you know me? He said: Yes. Then he mentioned the hadith and said in it: "Are you not a Rakusi?" I said: Yes. He said: "Do you not lead your people?" I said: Yes. He said: "Do you not take the fourth (al-mirba')?" I said: Yes. He said: "That is not lawful for you in your religion." He said: So my soul became humbled within me. Then he mentioned the hadith.
