Musnad Ahmad 536:6

Yazid narrated to us, Jarir ibn Hazim narrated to us, he said: Adi ibn Adi narrated to me, from Raja’ ibn Haywah and al-Urs ibn Umayrah, from his father Adi, and he mentioned the hadith. Jarir said: And Ayyub informed me—and we were all together when we heard the hadith from Adi—he said: Adi said, in the hadith of al-Urs ibn Umayrah: "Then this verse was revealed: 'Indeed, those who exchange the covenant of Allah and their oaths for a small price' [Al-Imran: 77] to the end of it." And I did not memorize it from Adi on that day.
