Hadith 852:12
Hassan ibn Musa narrated to us, Abu al-Ashhab narrated to us, from ‘Amir al-Ahwal, who said: ‘A’idh ibn ‘Amr said, regarding the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "Whoever is presented with something of this provision, without asking for it and without coveting it, let him accept it. For if he is wealthy enough to be without it, let him direct it to one who is in greater need of it than he is."
حدثنا حسن بن موسى، حدثنا أبو الأشهب، عن عامر الأحول، قال: قال عائذ بن عمرو: عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من عرض له شيء من هذا الرزق، من غير مسألة، ولا إشراف، فليوسع به ، فإن كان عنه غنيا، فليوجهه إلى من هو أحوج إليه منه "
