Narrated Al-Abbas ibn Abdul-Muttalib: I said, "O Messenger of Allah, teach me something that I may supplicate to Allah with." He said, "Ask Allah for wellness (al-afiyah)." I remained for a few days, then I came and said, "O Messenger of Allah, teach me something that I may supplicate to Allah with." He said to me, "O Abbas, O uncle of the Messenger of Allah, ask Allah for wellness in this world and the Hereafter."
