Musnad Ahmad 21:9

Yazid—who is Ibn Harun—narrated to us, Ismail—meaning Ibn Abi Khalid—informed us, from Yazid ibn Abi Ziyad, from Abdullah ibn al-Harith, from al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib, who said: I said: "O Messenger of Allah, when the Quraysh meet one another, they meet them with a pleasant countenance, but when they meet us, they meet us with faces we do not recognize." The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, became intensely angry and said: "By Him in whose hand is my soul, faith does not enter the heart of a man until he loves you for the sake of Allah and His Messenger."
