Musnad Ahmad 831:2

Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Humayd, he said: I heard 'Umar ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz asking al-Sa'ib, "What have you heard regarding residing in Makkah?" He said: Al-'Ala' ibn al-Hadrami narrated to me that the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "For the Muhajir (emigrant), [there are] three [days] after the departure (from Mina)." *** 'Abdullah narrated to us, my father and Yahya ibn Ma'in narrated to me, they said: 'Attab ibn Ziyad narrated to us, Abu Hamzah narrated to us, he said: I heard al-Mughirah al-Azdi, from Muhammad ibn Zayd, from Hayyan al-A'raj, from al-'Ala' ibn al-Hadrami, he said: "The Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, sent me to Bahrain—or the people of Hajar, Abu Hamzah was uncertain—he said: 'I would come to the orchard [shared] between brothers, and one of them would accept Islam, so I would take the tithe (ushr) from the Muslim, and the land tax (kharaj) from the other.'"
