Musnad Ahmad 943:13

Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, Al-Harith ibn Sulayman narrated to us, Kardus narrated to us, from Al-Ash'ath ibn Qays: A man from Kindah and a man from Hadramawt disputed before the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) regarding land in Yemen. The Hadrami said: "O Messenger of Allah, it is my land which this man and his father usurped." The Kindi said: "O Messenger of Allah, it is my land which I inherited from my father." The Hadrami said: "O Messenger of Allah, make him swear that he does not know that it is my land and my father's land, and that his father usurped it." The Kindi prepared to take the oath, but the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No servant or man shall seize property by his oath except that he will meet Allah on the day he meets Him while he is a leper [or: missing his hand/arm]." The Kindi then said: "It is his land, and his father's land."
