Musnad Ahmad 943:7

Waki’ narrated to us, Al-Harith ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Kardus, from Al-Ash’ath ibn Qays, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "Whoever swears a false oath (sabr) to seize by it the wealth of a Muslim man, while he is lying in it, he will meet Allah while he is a leper (ajdham)."
