Hadith 658:4
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: I heard Abu Ishaq al-Hamdani saying: I heard al-Bara' ibn 'Azib saying: When the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, came from Makkah to al-Madinah, Suraqah ibn Malik ibn Ju'shum followed him. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, supplicated against him, so his horse sank into the ground. He said: "Supplicate to Allah for me, and I will not harm you." He said: So he supplicated to Allah for him. He said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, became thirsty, and they passed by a shepherd. Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, may Allah be pleased with him, said: So I took a cup and milked into it for the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, a small amount of milk. I brought it to him, and he drank until I was satisfied.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
