Musnad Ahmad 658:41

'Affan narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Al-Bara', who said: "When this verse was revealed: {Not equal are those of the believers who sit [at home]} [An-Nisa: 95] {and those who strive in the cause of Allah} [An-Nisa: 95], the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called Zayd. He came with a shoulder blade, and he wrote it down." He said: "Then Ibn Umm Maktum came and complained of his blindness to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), so it was revealed: {other than those having a disability} [An-Nisa: 95]."
