Musnad Ahmad 658:62

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, Al-A'mash narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Murrah, from Al-Bara' ibn 'Azib, from the Prophet, peace be upon him, regarding his saying: "And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, then it is those who are the disbelievers" [Al-Ma'idah: 44], "And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, then it is those who are the wrongdoers" [Al-Ma'idah: 45], "And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, then it is those who are the defiantly disobedient" [Al-Ma'idah: 47]. He said: "All of them are regarding the disbelievers."
