Musnad Ahmad 658:70

Isma'il narrated to us, Sa'id al-Jurayri narrated to us, from Abu 'A'idh Sayf al-Sa'di—and he praised him well—from Yazid ibn al-Bara' ibn 'Azib, who was a governor in Oman and was among the best of governors, who said: My father said: "Gather, so that I may show you how the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to perform ablution, and how he used to pray, for I do not know how long my companionship with you will last." He said: So he gathered his sons and his family, and called for water for ablution. He rinsed his mouth, blew water from his nose, washed his face three times, washed his right hand three times, and washed this hand of his three times—meaning the left. Then he wiped his head and his ears, their outer and inner parts, and washed this foot—meaning the right—three times, and washed this foot three times—meaning the left. He said: "Thus, I have not spared any effort in showing you how the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to perform ablution." Then he entered his house and performed a prayer, the nature of which we do not know. Then he came out and gave the command for prayer, and it was established. He led us in the Dhuhr prayer, and I think I heard him recite verses from [Surah] Ya-Sin. Then he prayed the 'Asr, then he led us in the Maghrib prayer, then he led us in the 'Isha' prayer. And he said: "I have not spared any effort in showing you how the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to perform ablution, and how he used to pray."
