Musnad Ahmad 1039:3

Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, Sharik narrated to us, he said: I asked the family of al-Hakam ibn Sufyan, and they mentioned that he did not meet the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Abu Abd al-Rahman said: Shu'bah and Wuhayb narrated it from Mansur, from Mujahid, from al-Hakam ibn Sufyan, from his father, that he saw the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Others besides them said: From Mansur, from Mujahid, from al-Hakam ibn Sufyan, he said: I saw the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he mentioned it.
