Hadith 897:4
Sulayman ibn Dawud narrated to us, al-Muthanna ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Yazid ibn 'Abd Allah ibn al-Shikhkhir, from Abu Muslim al-Jadhmi, from al-Jarud ibn Mu'alla al-'Abdi, that he asked the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, about stray animals. He said: "The stray animal of a Muslim is the burning of the Fire."
حدثنا سليمان بن داود، حدثنا المثني بن سعيد، عن قتادة، عن يزيد بن عبد الله بن الشخير، عن أبي مسلم الجذمي، عن الجارود بن معلى العبدي، أنه سأل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عن الضوال؟ فقال: " ضالة المسلم، حرق النار "
