Hadith 462:18

Abu al-Mughirah narrated to us, he said: Hariz narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Maysarah al-Hadrami narrated to us, he said: I heard al-Miqdam ibn Ma'di Karib al-Kindi say: "Water for ablution was brought to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, so he performed ablution. He washed his palms three times, and washed his face three times. Then he washed his forearms three times each. Then he rinsed his mouth and sniffed water into his nose three times, and wiped his head and his ears, their outer parts and their inner parts, and washed his feet three times each."
