Hadith of Al-Miqdam ibn Ma'di Karib al-Kindi, Abu Karima (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
حديث المقدام بن معدي كرب الكندي أبي كريمة (1) ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 462:30
'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Mu'awiyah ibn Salih, he said: I heard Rashid ibn Sa'd narrating from al-Miqdam ibn Ma'di Karib, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said—and he mentioned the like of it, except that he said: "I am forbidden [from] taking by force."
حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي، عن معاوية بن صالح، قال: سمعت راشد بن سعد، يحدث، عن المقدام بن معدي كرب، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فذكر مثله، إلا أنه قال: " أفك عنوة "
