Musnad Ahmad 462:5

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, from Budayl, from ‘Ali ibn Abi Talhah, from Rashid ibn Sa‘d, from Abu ‘Amir al-Hawzani, from al-Miqdam Abu Karimah, from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that he said: "Whoever leaves behind a burden (debt or dependents), then it is to Allah and His Messenger—and perhaps he said: 'to us'—and whoever leaves behind wealth, it is for his heir. The maternal uncle is the heir of the one who has no heir; I am the heir of the one who has no heir, I inherit from him and I pay blood money on his behalf."
