Musnad Ahmad 626:11

Abdullah ibn Ahmad said: I found in my father’s book, in his own handwriting: Abu al-Nadr al-Harith ibn al-Nu’man narrated to me, from Shayban, from Jabir, from ‘Amir, from al-Mughirah ibn Shu’bah, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, decreed regarding the two Hudhayli women that the blood money (diya) is upon the paternal relatives (asaba), that the inheritance is for the heirs, and that for the fetus there is a ghurra (a slave or slave-girl)."
