Musnad Ahmad 626:67

Sufyan narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid, from al-Aqqar ibn al-Mughirah ibn Shu'bah, from his father, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "He has not relied [upon Allah] who seeks ruqyah (incantation) and who cauterizes." And Sufyan said twice: "Or who cauterizes."
