Musnad Ahmad 626:70

Yahya narrated to us, from Isma'il, Qays narrated to me, he said: I heard al-Mughirah ibn Shu'bah saying: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A group of people from my nation will not cease to be dominant over the people, until the command of Allah comes to them while they are dominant."
