Musnad Ahmad 626:75

Waki' narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Ziyad ibn 'Alaqah, from al-Mughirah ibn Shu'bah, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade reviling the dead."
