Musnad Ahmad 626:88

'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Mansur, from Mujahid, from 'Aqqar ibn al-Mughirah ibn Shu'bah, from his father, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever uses cauterization, or seeks Ruqyah (incantations), has become free of reliance (Tawakkul) upon Allah."
