Hadith of Al-Nu'man ibn Bashir (RA) from the Prophet (SAW)
حديث النعمان بن بشير (1) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 652:105
Abdullah said: Ubaydullah ibn Umar al-Qawariri narrated to us, Hammad—meaning ibn Zayd—narrated to us, Hajib ibn al-Mufaddal—meaning ibn al-Muhallab—narrated to us, from his father, from al-Nu’man ibn Bashir, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Bring your children close to one another," meaning: treat them equally.
قال عبد الله، حدثنا عبيد الله بن عمر القواريري، حدثنا حماد يعني ابن زيد، حدثنا حاجب بن المفضل يعني ابن المهلب، عن أبيه، عن النعمان بن بشير، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " قاربوا بين أبنائكم " يعني سووا بينهم
