Hadith of Al-Nu'man ibn Bashir (RA) from the Prophet (SAW)
حديث النعمان بن بشير (1) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 652:2
Hashim narrated to us, he said: Shayban narrated to us, from Asim, from Khaythama and al-Sha’bi, from al-Nu’man ibn Bashir, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "The best of people are my generation, then those who follow them, then those who follow those who follow them. Then a people will come whose oaths will precede their testimonies, and their testimonies will precede their oaths."
حدثنا هاشم، قال: حدثنا شيبان، عن عاصم، عن خيثمة، والشعبي، عن النعمان بن بشير ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " خير الناس قرني، ثم الذين يلونهم، ثم الذين يلون الذين يلونهم ، ثم يأتي قوم تسبق أيمانهم شهادتهم، وشهادتهم أيمانهم "
