Musnad Ahmad 652:59

Ali ibn Asim narrated to us, from Khalid al-Hadhdha’, from Habib ibn Salim, from al-Nu’man ibn Bashir, who said: A woman came to al-Nu’man ibn Bashir and said: "Her husband had intercourse with her slave girl." He said: "I will judge regarding that with the judgment of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: If you had made her lawful for him, I will lash him one hundred lashes. And if you had not made her lawful for him, I will stone him."
