Musnad Ahmad 652:68

Rawh and ‘Affan narrated to us, they said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from al-Ash‘ath ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman al-Jarmi, from Abu Qilabah, from Abu al-Ash‘ath al-San‘ani, from al-Nu‘man ibn Bashir, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Indeed, Allah wrote a book two thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth. He sent down two verses from it, and He concluded Surah al-Baqarah with them. They are not recited in a house for three nights such that the devil approaches it." ‘Affan said: "So they are not recited."
