Hadith of Al-Rubayyi' bint Mu'awwidh ibn 'Afra' (RA)

Hadith 1173:2

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from ‘Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Aqil, who said: Al-Rubayyi’ bint Mu’awwidh ibn ‘Afra’ narrated to me, saying: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to come to us, and he did so frequently. He came to us, so we placed a vessel of water for him, and he performed ablution. He washed his palms three times, rinsed his mouth, and inhaled water into his nose, once each. He washed his face three times, and his forearms three times. He wiped his head with what remained of the ablution water in his hands twice; he began at the back of his head, then returned his hands to his forelock. He washed his feet three times, and wiped his ears, their front and their back."
