'Abd al-Samad and Muhanna ibn 'Abd al-Hamid Abu Shibl narrated to us, they said: Hammad narrated to us, from Khalid ibn Dhakwan. 'Abd al-Samad said in his narration: Abu al-Husayn narrated to us, from al-Rubayyi'. Khalid said in his narration: He said: Al-Rubayyi' bint Mu'awwidh ibn 'Afra' narrated to me, she said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, entered upon me on the day of my wedding, and he sat on the place of my bedding here, while I had two young girls with me beating the tambourine and lamenting my forefathers who were killed on the day of Badr. They said in what they were saying: "And among us is a Prophet who knows what will happen today and tomorrow." The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "As for this, do not say it."
