Musnad Ahmad 785:10

Ad-Dahhak ibn Makhlad narrated to us, Wabr ibn Abi Dalilah informed me, he said: Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Maymun ibn Musaykah informed me, he said: Amr ibn ash-Sharid narrated to me, he said: My father narrated to me, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The procrastination of the wealthy makes his honor and his punishment permissible."
