Musnad Ahmad 785:3

Waki’ narrated to us, Wabr ibn Abi Dalilah—a sheikh from the people of Ta’if—narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Maymun ibn Musaykah—and he praised him well—from ‘Amr ibn al-Sharid, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The procrastination of the wealthy person makes his honor and his punishment permissible." Waki’ said: "His honor: complaining about him. And his punishment: imprisoning him."
