Musnad Ahmad 785:6

'Affan narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah informed us, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from al-Sharid ibn Suwayd al-Thaqafi, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "The neighbor of the house has more right to the house than anyone else."
