Musnad Ahmad 785:9

Rawh narrated to us, Husayn al-Mu’allim and al-Khaffaf narrated to us, Husayn informed us, from ‘Amr ibn Shu’ayb, from ‘Amr ibn al-Sharid, from his father, al-Sharid ibn Suwayd, that a man said: O Messenger of Allah—al-Khaffaf said: I said: O Messenger of Allah, is it land in which no one has a share or division, except for proximity? The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "The neighbor is more entitled to his neighbor’s proximity as long as it remains."
