Hadith 146:25
Abu al-Nadr and Husayn narrated to us, they said: Sharik narrated to us, from Asim ibn Ubayd Allah, from Abdullah ibn Amir—meaning Ibn Rabi'ah—from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever dies while there is no pledge of allegiance upon him, he dies a death of Jahiliyyah (ignorance). And if he casts it off after having tied it around his neck, he will meet Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, while having no argument." "Beware, let no man be alone with a woman who is not lawful for him, for the third of them is the Shaytan, unless there is a Mahram; for the Shaytan is with the one, and he is further from the two." "Whoever is saddened by his evil deed and gladdened by his good deed, he is a believer." Husayn said: "After having tied it around his neck."
