Hadith 782:10
Abu al-Mughirah narrated to us, he said: Hariz narrated to us, Sulaym ibn Amir narrated to us, the hadith of Shurahbil ibn al-Simt when he said to Amr ibn Abasah: "Narrate to us a hadith in which there is neither addition nor omission." Amr said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: "Whoever frees a Muslim slave, it will be his ransom from the Fire, limb for limb."
حدثنا أبو المغيرة، قال: حدثنا حريز، حدثنا سليم بن عامر، حديث شرحبيل بن السمط حين قال لعمرو بن عبسة: حدثنا حديثا ليس فيه تزيد ولا نقصان، فقال عمرو: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " من أعتق رقبة مسلمة، كانت فكاكه من النار عضوا بعضو "
