Musnad Ahmad 953:0

Narrated to us by Yahya ibn Sa’id, from Shu’bah, from Qatadah, from Salim ibn Abi al-Ja’d, from Ma’dan ibn Abi Talhah, from ‘Amr ibn al-Hamiq al-Khuza’i, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever causes a believer to fear, Allah will not grant him security on the Day of Resurrection." And he said: "Whoever kills a man upon a security he gave him, I am disassociated from the killer, even if the killed person were a disbeliever."
