Musnad Ahmad 551:18

Hassan ibn Musa narrated to us, he said: Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, Abu Qabil narrated to us, from Malik ibn Abdullah, from Amr ibn al-Aas, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. And in another place, Malik ibn Abdullah said: From Abdullah ibn Amr, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that he sought refuge from seven deaths: Sudden death, death by a snake bite, death by a beast of prey, death by drowning, death by burning, death by falling from something or having something fall upon one, and death by killing while fleeing from the battlefield.
