The Remainder of the Hadith of ‘Amr ibn al-‘As (RA) from the Prophet (SAW)

Hadith 551:26

Sulayman ibn Harb and Hasan ibn Musa narrated to us, they said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Abu Ja’far al-Khatmi, from ‘Umarah ibn Khuzaymah ibn Thabit, who said: We were with ‘Amr ibn al-‘As during a Hajj or ‘Umrah, until when we were at Marr al-Zahran, there was a woman in her litter who had placed her hand upon her litter. He said: So he turned aside and entered the mountain pass, and we entered with him. He said: We were with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, in this place, when we saw many crows, among which was a crow with a white wing, red of beak and feet. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "None of the women shall enter Paradise except like this crow among these crows." Hasan said: There was a woman with her bracelets and rings on her hands, and she had placed her hands. Hasan did not mention "at Marr al-Zahran."
