Hadith 533:7
Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, Sa'id—meaning Ibn Abi 'Arubah—informed us, from Qatadah, from Shahr ibn Hawshab, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Ghanam, that 'Amr ibn Kharijah al-Khushani narrated to them: That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, delivered a sermon to them while upon his riding beast, and his riding beast was chewing its cud, and its saliva was flowing between my shoulders. He said: "Indeed, Allah has allotted to every person his share of the inheritance, and no bequest is permissible for an heir. The child is for the bed, and for the adulterer is the stone. Beware, whoever claims to be the son of someone other than his father, or claims loyalty to someone other than his masters, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all of mankind. Allah will not accept from him any obligatory deed, nor any supererogatory deed."
حدثنا يزيد بن هارون، أخبرنا سعيد يعني ابن أبي عروبة، عن قتادة، عن شهر بن حوشب، عن عبد الرحمن بن غنم، أن عمرو بن خارجة الخشني ، حدثهم: أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم خطبهم على راحلته، وإن راحلته لتقصع بجرتها، وإن لعابها ليسيل بين كتفي، فقال: " إن الله قد قسم لكل إنسان نصيبه من الميراث، ولا تجوز وصية لوارث الولد للفراش، وللعاهر الحجر، ألا ومن ادعى إلى غير أبيه، أو تولى غير مواليه، فعليه لعنة الله، والملائكة، والناس أجمعين، لا يقبل الله منه صرفا، ولا عدلا، أو عدلا، ولا صرفا "
