Hadith 911:1
Abdullah narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Abbad al-Makki narrated to me, Hatim ibn Isma'il narrated to us, from Abd al-Malik ibn Hassan al-Jari, from Umarah ibn Harithah, from Amr ibn Yathribi, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) delivered a sermon to us and said: "Beware, it is not lawful for a person to take anything from the wealth of his brother, except by his own good pleasure." I said: "O Messenger of Allah, what if I encounter the sheep of my cousin, may I slaughter a sheep from them?" He said: "If you encounter a ewe carrying a knife and fire-strikers in Khabt al-Jumaysh, do not disturb it." He (the narrator) said: He means by Khabt al-Jumaysh a land between Makkah and al-Jar, a land in which there is no companion.
حدثنا عبد الله حدثني محمد بن عباد المكي، حدثنا حاتم بن إسماعيل، عن عبد الملك بن حسن الجاري، عن عمارة بن حارثة، عن عمرو بن يثربي، قال: خطبنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال: " ألا ولا يحل لامرئ من مال أخيه شيء، إلا بطيب نفس منه " فقلت: يا رسول الله، أرأيت إن لقيت غنم ابن عمي، أجتزر منها شاة؟ فقال: " إن لقيتها نعجة تحمل شفرة وأزنادا بخبت الجميش فلا تهجها " قال: يعني بخبت الجميش أرضا بين مكة والجار، أرض ليس بها أنيس
