Musnad Ahmad 1167:14

Ibn Numayr narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Fatimah, from Asma, who said: The sun eclipsed during the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. I entered upon Aisha and said: "What is the matter with the people, they are praying?" She pointed with her head toward the sky. I said: "A sign?" She said: "Yes." The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, prolonged the standing greatly, until I began to feel faint. I took a water skin that was beside me and began to pour water over my head. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, finished, and the sun had cleared. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, delivered a sermon, praised Allah, and extolled Him. Then he said: "As for what follows: There is nothing that I had not seen before, except that I have seen it in this place of mine, even Paradise and Hell. It has been revealed to me that you will be tested in the graves, near to or like the trial of the Dajjal—I do not know which of the two Asma said. One of you will be brought and it will be said: 'What is your knowledge of this man?' As for the believer or the certain one—I do not know which of the two Asma said—he will say: 'He is Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah. He came to us with clear proofs and guidance, so we answered and followed.' [He will say this] three times. It will be said to him: 'We already knew that you believed in him, so sleep in a righteous state.' As for the hypocrite or the doubter—Asma did not know which of the two she said—he will say: 'I do not know. I heard the people saying something, so I said it.'"
