Hadith of Asma bint Abi Bakr al-Siddiq (RA)

Hadith 1167:7

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, he said: Hisham ibn 'Urwah narrated to us, from Fatimah bint al-Mundhir, from Asma', she said: A woman came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said: "O Messenger of Allah, I have a daughter who is a bride, and she was afflicted with measles, so her hair fell out. Should I attach hair to it?" The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Allah has cursed the woman who attaches hair and the woman who asks for it to be attached."
