Musnad Ahmad 1167:73

Waki’ narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Sulayman and ‘Abd al-Jabbar ibn Ward—two men from the people of Makkah—narrated to us, they heard it from Ibn Abi Mulaykah, from Asma bint Abi Bakr, that she asked the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "Az-Zubayr is a stern man. A needy person comes to me, so may I give charity to him from his house without his permission?" The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Give (in charity) and do not withhold, lest Allah withhold from you."
